Melissa St. John is the CEO and Owner of Relocation Strategies, now evolving as FFE + Move Owner’s Rep. With over 30 years of experience, Melissa is known for fiercely advocating for her clients, helping them get the best value through smart, creative solutions that blend existing, new and pre-owned furniture. She leads projects that include office moves, renovations, and workplace transitions, always focused on saving time, money, and stress.

With a degree in Interior Design from Purdue University, Melissa brings both design expertise and sharp project management skills to every engagement. She acts as a trusted owner’s rep, guiding clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

Melissa is passionate about mentoring young women in business. She’s a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacey Leadership Program, serves on several boards, and was named 2024 NAWBO Women Business Owner of the Year. Her work is driven by purpose, advocacy, and genuine care for people and their spaces.
