Matt Mindrum joined the Indy Chamber as President & CEO after more than 15 years of Central Indiana business leadership across the healthcare and life sciences, sports and entertainment, and higher education sectors.

Mindrum began his post-MBA career at Eli Lilly and Company, where he worked in several sales and marketing leadership roles, including the launch of the U.S. Alzheimer's business. He then spent eight years serving in Chief Marketing & Communications Officer positions at Butler University and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, overseeing brand building and demand generation efforts for the Midwest's top-ranked residential undergraduate university and for the Indianapolis 500 -- the world's largest sporting event. Most recently, Matt helped to launch a new healthcare delivery business, serving as VP for Growth and Strategy for a startup unit within DaVita Kidney Care.
