Kenith C. Britt, Ph.D is an accomplished leader in the field of education with a rich background in advancing institutions through strategic growth and innovation. Ken earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from The Catholic University of America, an M.A. in Leadership Studies from Marshall University, and a B.A. in Elementary Education with a Minor in Mathematics from West Liberty University.

Since June 2013, Dr. Britt has been a transformative leader at Marian University Indianapolis, where he currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chancellor. In this role, he oversees academics, athletics, mission, enrollment, student life, and strategic growth initiatives across three campus locations. Under his leadership, the university has seen significant advancements in enrollment and marketing communications, contributing to its fundraising success of more than $50 million annually.
