As CEO and President of the Saturday Evening Post Society, SerVaas is committed to fulfilling the Society’s mission ‘to preserve and share its historical legacy of promoting the arts and literature, while inspiring and empowering individuals to embrace a proactive approach to physical, mental, and spiritual health. SerVaas serves as Director of the Children’s Better Health Institute, a division of the Society. A passionate advocate for seeking solutions to pressing public health issues, SerVaas spearheaded the Indiana High School Defibrillator Education Outreach Campaign in 2003 to place portable defibrillators in every high school in the state. Advancing the mission of promoting developments in science and medicine, the Society purchased the Indianapolis Healthplex partnering with a number of other charitable organizations and individuals in the community to develop health fitness and wellness programs that provide supportive statistics for research.
