Jessica Lopez-Liggett is a results-driven executive leader with 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She was named Regional Vice President of Sales for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in 2022. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing sales initiatives designed to deliver better health outcomes and affordability for the state’s healthcare consumers.

With a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships, Jessica brings a deep understanding of the employer market coupled with the ability to develop health benefits strategies to meet their unique needs. She is a strategic thinker with a relentless dedication to delivering outstanding results for clients.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Missouri St Louis and is passionate about serving under-resourced communities. She was an active volunteer with the St. Louis Area Food Bank and a member of the Whitney M. Young Society, which supports the programs and services of the St. Louis Urban League. Jessica is also a participant of the McKinsey Hispanic & Latino Executive Leadership Program which enables her to play a role in developing future leaders with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

In her personal life, Jessica enjoys traveling, hiking, health and fitness activities, and spending time with her family.
