Devon Davis is a public affairs professional with expertise in legislative strategy, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. At Bose Public Affairs Group, he advises clients across industries on state legislative initiatives, policy analysis, and government relations.

Devon has held key roles in both local government and the state legislature, including serving as a legislative affairs liaison in the Office of Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett, leading voter outreach at the Marion County Board of Voters Registration, and working as a legislative assistant in the Indiana House of Representatives.

Devon holds a master’s degree in public policy analysis from Indiana University O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a B.S. in political science from Florida A&M University.

Devon is active in the community, serving on the boards of the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, Boys & Girls Club of Indianapolis, Martindale Brightwood Community Development Corporation, and Providence Cristo Rey’s corporate work study board. He is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Phi Mu Nu Chapter.
