In her role as Vice President of Customer Experience, Becca will lead Chamber efforts to deliver superior value to partners while creating a consistent and memorable customer experience. With over 25 years of hospitality expertise, Becca is well-equipped to develop passionate Chamber advocates and investors committed to accelerating the Indy region's economy for all.

Becca will collaborate closely with the Indy Chamber Board of Directors and investors in the Accelerate Indy regional economic strategy. Her work will also support Indy Partnership's efforts to secure new business investments and expansion across Central Indiana.

Prior to joining the Indy Chamber, Becca spent 12 years with local real estate leader, Buckingham Companies and Buckingham Foundation, focusing on employee engagement, partnerships, philanthropic stewardship, and customer experience. Becca was instrumental in the brand development and community relations strategy for mixed-use hospitality developments in Indy and Nashville, Tennessee. Although she is a Hoosier at heart, Becca spent 10 years on the west coast learning the hospitality industry in San Diego and leading the membership sales strategy for LA INC. Always a champion for the Indy region, Becca brings her enthusiasm to her community commitments as well. She serves on the board of Dress For Success Indy, is a member of the SKL Advisory Council, an Ambassador for Seeds of Caring, LOC leader for the Indiana Sports Corp. and proud builder with Habitat for Humanity.
