State Sen. Victoria Spartz has served Senate District 20, which includes portions of Hamilton County, since she was appointed in 2017.
She is a member of the Senate Committees on Education and Career Development, Environmental Affairs, Insurance and Financial Institutions, and Pensions and Labor.
Spartz, a native of Ukraine, earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the National University of Economics in Ukraine as well as a Master of Professional Accountancy from IU’s Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis. She also graduated from the HBS Executive Education Program.
Spartz is a businesswoman, farmer, CPA and an adjunct faculty for IU’s Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis. She previously worked in the Big Four public accounting firms and as the CFO of the Indiana Attorney General’s Office. She and her husband live in Noblesville and have two
