PRESIDENT & CEO
Master Sgt. Mittman served 21 years in the United States Army. His military career was cut short in July 2005 when he was hit by an improvised explosive device. He lost his vision in the attack. Mittman joined Bosma Enterprises’ board of directors in 2012 and was hired as COO in
July 2018. He became president and CEO in August of 2019 and became the first chief executive in the company’s 100-year history who is blind. Prior to coming to Bosma Enterprises, he served in various roles with the National Industries for the Blind and the Defense Finance and Accounting Services.
