Rob has worked at CICF for over 16 years. He ensures new financial assets, leveraged relationships and strategic planning and implementation drives the success of CICF’s mission: to make this a community where all individuals have equitable opportunity to reach their full potential – no mater place, raced or identity. Rob has a gift of working with prospective donors and their families to develop and fulfill charitable intentions and dreams. “I am extremely privileged to help people professionalize, feel and witness the impact of their charitable giving and to connect people and ideas to our communities greatest needs and opportunities.” CICF is temporary stewards of $800 million in charitable assets and provides philanthropic counsel to 450 families in central Indiana. Rob holds a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation from The American College and has completed ongoing education at IU’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. He lives in Indianapolis with his husband Steven Stolen, their daughter Abbey, and grandson Cameron.
