She serves as the President of the Lacy Foundation. The Foundation want to make central Indiana a world class place to live. In addition to grantmaking, the Foundation also owns the Stanley K Lacy Executive Leadership Series. She currently serves on the boards of Leadership Indianapolis, Indiana Repertory Theatre, Women's Fund of Central Indiana, Alpha Chi Omega Foundation and Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity.
A native of suburban Chicago, Jill attended Ball State University and received a B.S. in Kinesiology and Political Science. She fell in love with the college environment and pursued her master’s in education at Indiana University in Higher Education Student Affairs. She previously worked at Missouri State University and the University of Cincinnati in Student Life/Fraternity & Sorority Affairs.
