As a principal of Gershman Partners, Eric leads the planning and execution of the firm’s short‐ and long‐term growth strategies as well as ongoing oversight of daily company and financial operations.
He also heads a development team with a lengthy track record of delivering high quality projects in a timely manner which are long‐term investments forthe owners, clients and surrounding areas. He is the lead developer for The Bridges in Carmel, the Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville, Indiana and the redevelopment of Marott Center in the Mass Ave. Cultural District in downtown Indianapolis. With a vast array of experiences, Eric brings significant development experience to every partnership initiative ensuring its overall success and sustainability. This long‐term vision starts with complex site acquisition, right to‐build issues and ultimately creative site designs and layouts. Eric understands the importance of financial engineering and attention to detail as projects mature from initial site layouts to reality then ultimately long‐term investments in the portfolio.
Eric received his bachelor’s degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is involved with the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Indiana Sports Corporation and the Park Tudor School in Indianapolis.
