MANAGER OF COMMUNICATIONS
INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT AUTHORITY
Megan Carrico oversees strategic external communications for the Indianapolis Airport Authority, owner and operator of Indiana’s largest airport system, including the award-winning Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Her work within the Public Affairs department helps to support key business initiatives, such as air service development, land use, technology upgrades, passenger amenities, and local economic development.
In the community, Megan serves annually on the Indianapolis Local Organizing Committee for the National FFA Convention and 500 Forward with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. In addition, she serves on the committee to support the 2019 National Urban League Conference and Routes Americas 2020. Megan currently serves on the Indy Gateway Board to support the West Side of Indianapolis through community and economic development. She is also a neighborhood advocate with the Keep Indianapolis Beautiful Adopt-A-Block program.
Megan graduated from Ball State University’s College of Communication, Information, and Media. She currently serves on the BSU Journalism Alumni Society Board.
