BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST
INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT AUTHORITY
Maggie Bishop serves as a Business Development Analyst on the Air Service Development team for the Indianapolis Airport Authority. At IND Maggie supported multiple landmark initiatives including welcoming Alaska Airlines and Spirit Airlines, opening an $40M Allegiant plane base and securing Indiana’s first transatlantic flight that launched in May 2018. Most recently Maggie worked with airport, state and city leaders to position Indianapolis as 2020 host for the world’s most prominent airline conference, Routes Americas.
For her work at IND, Maggie was recognized by Aviation Business Magazine as a member of Aviation’s 40 Under 40 in 2018.
Prior to IND, Maggie worked on the economic development team at the Austin Chamber of Commerce. Maggie is from Pearland, Texas. She earned a BA in Economics from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Maggie is a current Fellow in the Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation Fellowship, serves as the Town of Speedway Community Development Council and teaches yoga at Practice Indie.
